B&B Nightly Rate

Preferred Bed & Breakfast Guest Rate: $189 per night double occupancy – with a 2-night minimum for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. There is an additional charge of $20 per night per additional guest. The Cottage is ideally suited for 2 adults; however, the Cottage can accommodate 2 additional persons on the queen sofa bed (with Air Dream mattress for maximum sleeping comfort) located in the living room. Weeknight rates with Continental Breakfast (Sun-Thurs) $169 per night double occupancy.

Standard Rate
A hot gourmet breakfast will be brought to the Cottage on Saturdays and Sundays. This will include fresh squeezed orange juice, breakfast meats, frittatas, French toasts, egg dishes, breads and fruits. On Weeknights a continental breakfast of orange juice, fruit and various breads or muffins will be brought to Cottage the evening before.

B&B Reservations Policy

The Cottage accommodates two persons luxuriously. Because the Cottage is our only accommodation, reservations are necessary. As mentioned above, there is a 2-night minimum for stays which include a Friday or Saturday night. Occasionally a single Friday or Saturday night may be available if guests who are staying several days arrive or depart on a Saturday. Single weekend nights may also become available one week in advance of the desired date.

A reservation is confirmed when a deposit of one night's room charge is received within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations may be held by personal check or major credit card. For your security, we will never ask you to email credit card information.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits less a 10% fee are refundable with 2 weeks' advance notice of a cancellation. Refunds for cancellations with less than 2 weeks advance notice will be made only if the Cottage is able to be rebooked for all of the cancelled dates.

Pet Friendly Policy
We are happy to accommodate visitors with well-behaved smaller dogs (20 lbs. or less). The dogs must be crated when left alone in the Cottage and on a lead when outisde. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate cats. There is a $10 per night pet fee and owners assume responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning expenses incurred.
